Well, i am waiting on getting some materials so i can cast the sculpted "bone" hand-plates in either resin or fiberglass. However, in the meantime i started on a new set of EVA hand-plates. Here's an early preview:

Lets Get Sculpting!
Alright, so I am diving off the deep end straight into resin/fiberglass casting!
I'm starting off with just some armor hand-plates. The first one i am doing is a bone handplate, possibly from Kell or Krayt dragon bone. Here is the sculpt for it:
Additionally here's a tilted view so you can see the ridge and spike a little better:
Lastly here is a side by side of the finished mold and the original sculpt. I am now ready do move onto the casting part of this endeavor!

EVA foam gauntlets.
I wanted to add some armor components to my TDE custom Sith costume. My first attempt was with EVA foam and it actually turned out quite well.
